Assessment in the service of  Standards-Based Science Teaching was a six-year Local Systemic Change project to provide professional development for K-8 science teachers.  This project, designed and implemented by the Capital Region Science Education Partnership in collaboration with the University of Albany, SUNY will strengthen teaching practices to enable all students to meet state and national standards.
